I would like to invite you to throw everything you know over board and to approach nutrition and fitness from a complete new perspective. Eating and training for pleasure, for health and maximum energy. No deprivation. No forbidden food list. No crazy exercise regime that leaves you depleted and exhausted. It is all not needed once we look at the root cause of your weight struggles. Let's work hand in hand with your body, with your feelings and your life - so at the end of the day you integrate a healthy lifestyle into your DNA. That most importantly works for you.

You are interested in ending the diet and emotional eating cycle and finally get lasting results? You are ready for deep root cause healing, lifestyle upgrade AND physical exercise?
Depending where you are on your fitness journey. Maybe at the beginning, maybe already quite advanced, maybe the last time you did something remotely resembling to exercise was during PE class in school. No shame in that, please. That's what I am here for. :)
It could be that you did already some therapy and just need some lifestyle support or you have no idea where to start and are just exhausted, frustrated and filled with self-hate. I feel you no matter at which point you might be, as was my personal journey a roller coaster on this matter. Let's get to the root cause of your weight struggles and heal deeply so you can rise into who you were meant to be.

The Set Up and Kick Off
We are aligned, your goal is set, the action steps clear and your calendar has all the required meetings saved. Then you are ready to roll. I encourage you to always reach out if there is something you need assistance with. I might become that new best friend on speed dial for your successful future self so don't hesitate to get in touch.
You will receive from me the equipment you need for your training, this includes (only if you sign up to full-support 3 months program):

Your personal Goal
In a second step we will deep dive into your current state of affairs. I would like you to provide me with information on your current habits, sleep pattern, daily food intake, eating disorder history, stress levels, any current injuries, availability to train and more. Based on that I will formulate your bespoke training and lifestyle plan which we will start to integrate week by week. Depending on your goal and needs the journey can take 6 - 12 months. Don't worry about the future, worry about the now. We will assess and check-in weekly and adopt in order to progress. After you feel happy with the proposal made, we can then get into serious business.

The first three months will include a weekly 90 min. coaching session where we deep dive into the root cause healing of your current weight struggles. Based on your needs we can extend those calls without problems. In parallel we will get started with the lifestyle changes and fitness training. No time to waste. You will see how both sessions will influence each other positively.
It is totally normal to modify the training plan as we go along. You will not have every month the same training but it will adopt according to your progression. When you work with me you do not need an extra gym membership or anything else, but please feel free to extend movement to anything you like on top. We can at any time adopt the training schedule to meet your needs.
This is your car, your journey, I am literally just the co-pilot supporting you should you ever finding yourself moving off course. You and me - we are in this together, I would like to see our relationship as collaboration where open communication is not only welcome but needed, so you get the most out of all.
Getting rid of toxins, fake foods and addictive substances will give you not only your health back but deliver the fuel you need to live the life you dream of.
Focus
This Body Love Training is focusing on all life areas. We need to cover areas such as sleep, rest, fun, stress levels, nutrition, body movement, hydration and concentrate it into your training. Only then can we guarantee lasting success and results. You will get all the knowledge you need through individual coaching sessions - either through me or your body. :)
Approach to Nutrition & Lifestyle
I will not tell you what you have to eat or not. My approach to healthy nutrition needs to be sustainable. If I learned one thing from the diet fads and trying out myself a lot of dumb diets, trust me the only sustainable approach to nutrition is the one you can stick to in a healthy and satisfying manner. It needs to make sense to you and your body. I personally follow a plant-based diet since it did wonders for my hormonal health. Will I tell you to follow a plant-based diet? No. I am happy to share all I know but in essence I rather share with you how to listen to your body and make your own healthy choices.
I am a huge believer that your body will tell you what it needs, but I also know that if you have been eating quite unhealthy for some time your intuitive signals can be blocked. Therefore, I invite you to a reset where I recommend for a time of min. 3-4 weeks to:

doing a sugar detox

cutting out processed foods

cutting out alcohol

focusing on nourishing foods

intermittent fasts pending on your current health

cutting out toxin loaded foods
We want to shift your perspective and develop a compassionate approach with yourself and the way you eat and live. Including lifestyle habits for optimum sleep, rest and fun.
You will establish healthy habits and get a daily tracker with it. Accountability was never easier.
Movement and Activity
It is not just about the 2-3 training sessions a week, but rather about falling in love with moving your body and muscles. Using strength training to build inner strength. Using HIIT training to release anger and frustration, or steady cardio to ground yourself after a busy day. Sometimes you will hear me say the best cardio will be to go for a long walk. Exercise does not mean go out there and kill yourself but find enjoyment in the movement. It is not just your body who is training, it is your mind and spirit, too.
Depending on your goals you can have a dedicate full training plan including your favorite sports and the individual training sessions with me or even solo by yourself - if you choose last option then this means you receive a training plan from me and you train by yourself. Although that is an option I always recommend a few (remote) in-person training sessions in the beginning at least to ensure proper form and reduce chances of injury.
However, I would like to stress that best results are always obtained by training with a trainer - may it be online or in-person.
