Cancellation Policy

Individual appointments: To cancel or reschedule free of charge please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please be aware that a last-minute cancellation will require to pay the amount of your booked service in full. For Training weekends: You can reschedule free of charge anytime. For cancellation we would kindly inform you that the following terms are valid : - cancellation 4 weeks prior to the event will lead to a full refund - cancellation 2 weeks prior to the event will lead to a partial refund of 50% - any cancellation within 2 weeks prior to the event will lead to no refund. For retreats and healing events over 2 days the terms are as follows: - up to 3 months or more prior to the retreat/event you will receive a full refund. - any cancellation between the time frame of 1 -2 months prior to the retreat/event you will receive a partial refund of 50% - cancellations that take place during the 1 month leading up to the event lead to no refund. Depending on personal circumstances there might be options where a full refund is granted please get in touch to inquire and assess your situation.
